This is an action for specific performance. Appellant Mary Downing appeals from a judgment and decree of the Pine County District Court, Tenth Judicial District, granting respondent Perry Conley’s motion for summary judgment, and ordering specific performance, and from the court’s subsequent order denying Downing’s motion to vacate the judgment.
