INTRODUCTION
This case is before the court on defendants’ motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff, a former women’s basketball coach at Utica College (the “College”), brought this action pursuant to Title VII, Title IX, and the Equal Pay Act, alleging that she was discriminated against based on her gender and that her employment contract was not renewed by defendants after she complained about the inequities between her job and that of the male basketball coach.
