DECISION

This matter was tried by the Court without a jury and involves the applicability and enforcement of the Town of North Kingstown's ("Town's") ordinance governing the merger of adjacent substandard parcels owned by the same individual. The Town brings this action in accordance with the provisions of R.I.G.L. (1956) § 45-24-60(b) and invokes the jurisdiction of this Court to compel compliance with the provisions of the Town's merger ordinance.
