FOURNET, Chief Justice.

The plaintiffs, owners of certain lots or mineral interests in lots lying within the city limits of Delhi, Louisiana, situated in the NE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 13, T. 17 N., R. 9 E., Richland Parish, instituted suits (27 in all) against George R. Mitchell and Carl B. Anderson, in whose favor they had executed oil and gas leases, and against their assignee, the Kingwood Oil Company, seeking the cancellation of the leases and for an accounting of the oil produced thereunder.
