ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DISQUALIFY

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the debtor’s Motion to Disqualify Attorney for John D. Holmes, filed on June 6, 2000, to which counsel for John B. Homes responded on June 30, 2000.
In 1995, the debtor admitted to swindling over $89,500 from her employer during the period October 1988 through April 30, 1991. Maria McAnulty, Assistant District Attorney, serving the elected district attorney of Harris County, Texas prosecuted the debtor in the state court.
