MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CHARLES J. MARRO, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter is before the court on the motion of Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association (Bank) for relief from the automatic stay of Bankruptcy Code (Code) section 362(a). Hearings were held and continued from time to time. The final hearing was held on November 9, 1984; subsequently, the parties filed mem-oranda of law.
