On November 11, 1985, the Motion to Terminate Automatic Stay and Demand for Adequate Protection previously filed on September 4, 1985 by MBank Dallas, N.A. (f/k/a/ Mercantile National Bank at Dallas), The First National Bank of Boston, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Bankers Trust Company (the “Banks”) came on for trial before the Court.
