COLBERT, JUDGE:
T1 Juanita Deerinwater appeals the trial court's order refusing to vacate a prior order dismissing her suit against Cireus Circus Enterprises for lack of in personam jurisdiction. 1 The issue on appeal in this action involving personal injury is whether the trial court abused its discretion in refusing to vacate the prior order. Based upon our review of the record and applicable law, we find that the court did not err and affirm.
