The biological father of Tyrik, a minor child bom out of wedlock, appeals from a judgment of a single justice of this court denying his petition pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3. The father had sought a stay of a judgment entered in the Probate and Family Court dispensing with his consent to adoption while he pursues an appeal from that judgment. We affirm.
