OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff alleges patent infringement against defendant, and both parties seek an order from this court granting summary judgment. In their briefings in support of their respective motions, the parties offer proposed definitions of the meaning and scope of the claims and material terms in plaintiffs patents, underscoring the need for this court to resolve these issues as a matter of law.
