This case is before the court on plaintiff’s motion for production of documents and defendant’s objections thereto based on a claim of privilege.

Plaintiff’s complaint alleges sex discrimination in employment in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, hereinafter “Title VII”), a conspiracy in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3), and violations of 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Age Discrimination Act of 1967.
