| Claude Smith was convicted after a jury trial in the Pulaski County Circuit Court of violating Arkansas Code Annotated section 27-53-103 (Repl. 2010), by failing to immediately stop or remain at the scene after hitting Lois Sandusky with his truck in a crosswalk.
