The Judith Realty and Farm Products Corporation, hereinafter called Judith Realty, and Carolyn Freed Peterson, Barbara Jean Freed, Charles S. Freed, and Loring Freed, stockholders in the corporation, instituted suit for a declaratory judgment and consequential relief against Anna D. Freed, individually and as administratrix, c.t.a. of the estate of Charles C. Freed, deceased. The object of the suit is to have the court determine that a written declaration of trust whereby Charles C.
