I. Background
Plaintiff, B. Tyler Huntington, brought this action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for review of a final decision of the Com-missioner of Social Security denying his claim for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433. Currently pending are Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the Alternative, Motion for Remand, and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. (Paper Nos. 12 and 13).
