This action is brought by the executors for the purpose of obtaining the direction and judgment of the court as to the true construction of the will of Joseph L. Wolcott, deceased. There are in the case a very large number of defendants and they include all persons who are, or claim to be, beneficiaries under the will and codicil. On the trial of the action in the court of common pleas a decree was rendered, adjudging that the beneficiaries under the codicil were the brothers and sisters of the mother of the testator, and the descendants of such brothers and sisters.
