Plaintiff Nedra Hastings is a teacher. While working for Defendant in the fall of 2014, she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder ("PTSD") and major depressive disorder ("MDD"), requiring twelve weeks of medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 ("FMLA"). She alleges that, following her FMLA leave, she was entitled to return to her previous position, but Defendant refused to reinstate her.
