I respectfully dissent from the majority’s affirmance of the decision of the Board to Determine Fitness of Bar Applicants which denied a certificate of fitness to practice law to C. R. W. C. R. W., a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law and a member in good standing of the Bar of the District of Columbia, filed an application with the Fitness Board for a certificate of fitness to practice law.
