GREENE, Judge.
Charles K. Edwards (Defendant) appeals an order filed 11 May 1999 determining the value of a partnership and an order filed 17 March 2000 directing Defendant to pay Henry G. Lewis (Plaintiff) a total of $157,414.99 for Plaintiffs one-half interest in a partnership between Plaintiff and Defendant.
