PER CURIAM: *

Plaintiff-Appellant Taylor White (“White”) brought this suit against his employer Defendant-Appellee Denton County (the “County”) for, inter alia, unpaid overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and retaliation in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 215(a). The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the County due to White’s failure to (1) provide the amount of overtime compensation due and (2) establish a fact issue showing that the County’s actions would not have occurred “but for” White’s protected activity under the FLSA.…
