SUMMARY ORDER
These consolidated interlocutory appeals challenge a series of preliminary injunctions and related rulings issued by the *76United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lewis A. Kaplan, Judge) preventing defendants-appellants Opportunity Equity Partners, Ltd. (“Opportunity”) and Daniel Valente Dantas, (collectively, “defendants”) from, inter alia, attempting to take from plaintiffsappellees control over Brasil Telecom and its related entities. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the facts and the (lengthy) record of the prior proceedings in this litigation.
