SAFFELS, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on defendant Fuji Jukogyo Kabushiki Kaisha’s Motion to Quash Service of Process and Motion to Dismiss, and plaintiff’s Motion to File Amended Service of Process as to defendant Fuji. This is a motor vehicle products liability action involving an action for damages for injuries suffered by the plaintiff as a result of the alleged design, manufacture and distribution of the Subaru “Brat” truck.
