This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. 1 Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). Plaintiff’s complaint alleges that defen dant, a Luxembourg corporation, is liable for the death of her husband because he was fatally injured by a machine defendant manufactured and sold to plaintiff’s decedent’s employer, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
