The appellant, Brian Breeding, was found guilty of the murder of Billy Gene Cobb, by strangulation, in violation of §13A-6-2, Code of Alabama (1975) and sentenced to life imprisonment.

The appellant raises the issue of the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction for murder. The victim, Billy Cobb, was found dead in his apartment on March 4, 1986, by Mickey Woods, a maintenance person for the apartment building.
