The majority broadly holds that “an order dismissing an appeal is not an order that the State has a right to appeal under OCGA § 5-7-1...” Under that statute, however, the State may appeal from *634any order, including a dismissal of its appeal, “where the court does not have jurisdiction or the order is otherwise void under the Constitution or laws of this state...OCGA§ 5-7-1 (a) (5).
