Edward Jonas, Jr. (the “uncle”) and Gaynelle Jonas (the “grandmother”) appeal a jury award of compensatory and punitive damages in favor of Regan Jonas (the “daughter”) arising out of the uncle’s alleged breach of fiduciary duties and fraud associated with the administration of certain estates of which the daughter was the sole beneficiary.
