Plaintiff Gregory Little filed this employment discrimination action under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000(e), et. seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against defendants State of Illinois Department of Revenue (the “Department”), Steven Hirsch (“Hirsch”), and Michael Full-man (“Fullman”).
