Plaintiff at one time conducted a “ union ” shop?
employing members of the defendant union. Its contract with the union expired. It thereupon discharged the members of the union and employed other laborers. The union then caused its representatives to parade for about two hours a day in front of places of business of plaintiff and some of its customers, bearing placards upon which was printed the label of the union with the legend: “ This union label means shorter hours, sanitary shops and safety to the customers.
