This appeal has been taken from the judgment entered against appellant, Geraldine T. Johnson, as executrix of the Estate of Darwin Thebes, following the denial of post-verdict motions challenging rulings of the trial court made during the course of the trial of this action for damages based on defamation, “false light” invasion of privacy, invasion of privacy by publicity given to private life, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
