Brucker v. McKinlay Transport, Inc.

These consolidated appeals are before us on remand from the Supreme Court “for consideration of the issues raised by the parties in their briefs on appeal.” Brucker v McKinlay Transport, Inc, 454 Mich 8, 9, 19; 557 NW2d 536 (1997). We now reverse the June 8, 1992, order and judgment of the circuit court in plaintiff’s favor in the amount of $2,880,898.99 and remand for judgment to be entered *445in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $100,000 as required by the parties’ contract.
