In this driving while intoxicated ("DWI") case filed against Natalie Lane Champagne ("Defendant"), the State appeals the trial court's order ("the suppression order") granting Defendant's motion to suppress all of the evidence relating to her warrantless seizure when a patrol officer initiated a traffic stop of her motor vehicle ("the traffic stop").See section 547.200.1 The State presents two points on appeal challenging the suppression order.
