[¶ 1] Michael Niehoff appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Delahanty, J.) denying his motion for partial summary judgment and granting Shankman & Associates Legal Center’s motion for summary judgment as to all claims. Niehoff contends that the court erred in: (1) ruling that Niehoff would not have been entitled to severance benefits if L.L.
