This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff wherein the title to certain real property in the county of Los Angeles was quieted in the plaintiff.

A fair résumé of the facts of the case is hereinafter set forth. The respondent herein was married on or about November 1, 1942, to Gertrude Newell, now known as Gertrude Ralphs, the daughter of the appellant. The property which is the subject of this action was the place formerly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Newell as a home. Each of the parties to this action is a practicing attorney at law.
