Plaintiff appealed from the defendant’s Order No. VL 72-501, dated December 8, 1972. According to the order, the question presented to the Department of Revenue was the true cash value of certain real property consisting of a plywood mill and the land on which it was and is situated, located in Astoria, Oregon, designated as Assessor’s Account Nos. 9CB89-68 and 8DA89-3.
