Following a bench trial, the Superior Court of Catoosa County found Michael Hickman guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of committing aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, OCGA § 16-5-21 (a) (2), and attempting to commit hijacking of a motor vehicle, OCGA §§ 16-4-1; 16-5-44.1 (b).
