The purpose of this bill is to secure an accounting and an interest in the profits arising out of the purchase of certain real estate. The plaintiff, who is a real estate broker, claims to have been employed on a commission basis by the defendant to negotiate the purchase of the Hilsendegen block, which is located in the down town district of the city of Detroit.
