These 13 consolidated securities fraud actions allege — in complaints transparently copied from one another 1 — that defendant Razorfish, Inc. and several of its officers and former officers made false and misleading statements concerning the company’s operations that artificially inflated the price of its stock over the period February 15, 2000 through October 5, 2000.
