By motion dated October 22, 2008, plaintiff William R. Bennett (“Bennett”) moved the Court (1) to be appointed lead plaintiff in this action; and (2) to approve his choice of counsel, Cohen, Milstein, Sellers & Toll, P.L.L.C.
