P. R. Sanders and E. M. Sanders, plaintiffs, filed suit against the First National Bank of Sayre, Okla., E. K. Thurmond, and Guy Ford, defendants, seeking the cancellation of a certain sheriff’s deed issued to the First National Bank of Sayre and <leeds from said bank to Thurmond and Ford, covering said property.
