Plaintiff-Appellant Michael J. Wasser, appearing pro se, appeals from a judgment entered on August 28, 2008 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (David G. Trager, Judge). The judgment followed an August 27, 2008 memorandum and order dismissing plaintiffs claims brought pursuant to the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
