THIS is a Chapter 7 case and the matter under consideration is a three-count Complaint Objecting to the Discharge of the Debtor filed by Barnett Bank of Tampa, N.A. (Barnett). At the final evidentiary hearing, Barnett elected not to proceed forward with the claim set forth in Count I, in which it sought denial of the Debtor’s discharge pursuant to § 727(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.
