This is a Chapter 7 case and the matter under consideration is the Second Amended Complaint filed by Andrew Messing (Plaintiff), the Plaintiff in the above captioned adversary proceeding. Count I of the Amended Complaint is based on 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A) and alleges that the Debtors knowingly and fraudulently made false oaths in connection with this case.
