AV. S. Mundell, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, instituted this action in the district court of Oklahoma county against B. H. Clanton and E. B. Clanton, partners doing business under the Arm name of Clanton Transportation Company, hereinafter referred to as defendants, to recover damage for personal injuries. The cause was tried to the jury and a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff for $2,300. From a judgment thereon, defendants have appealed.
