Plaintiffs Yossef Kahlon (“Kahlon”) and Atlas Solar Holdings LLG (“Atlas”) (collectively “plaintiffs" or .“Kahlon/Atlas”) commenced a legal malpractice action in New York Supreme Court, Nassau County, against defendants Erika T.
