Indiana Tri-City Plaza Bowl, Inc. (Bowl) appeals the trial court’s entry of judgment for Rebecca A. Glueck, individually and as widow of and on behalf of Charles H. Glueck, deceased (Glueck) on Glueck’s counterclaim for damages.
