This ease involves the Providence Journal Company’s (the “Journal”) claim of insurance coverage for liabilities and costs of defense arising from a lawsuit brought against the Journal and others by the United States pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (“CERCLA”), 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq.
