Frederick F. Keller sued his former employer, ORIX Credit Alliance, Inc., in federal district court, asserting claims under the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and the *1103New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (“NJLAD”), N.J.SA. § 10:5-1 et seq.
