NOLAND, District Judge.

This cause is before the Court upon the motions of plaintiff Lydia Kendrick for par tial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and for oral argument on the same and other motions pursuant to General Rule 9 of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
