This cause is before the Court on Plaintiff 7-Eleven, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff’ or “7-Elev-en”) Motion for Preliminary Injunction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65, filed on June 27, 2013 (“Motion”), Doc. 10, and supported by two affidavits, Docs. 10-1 and 10-2.
