Plaintiff Janine Collette (“Collette” or “plaintiff’) sued her former employer, claiming among other things that it discriminated and retaliated against her on account of her raising various objections to its employment practices. Defendant St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital (“St. Luke’s” or “defendant”) moves to dismiss the Com plaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
