Appellant Donnie Lee Wilson appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to appellee Auto-Owners Insurance Company [hereinafter “Auto-Owners”] on the ground that the present suit is barred by the doctrine of res judicata. The following facts are material to the decision in this case and have been stipulated by both parties. Appellant’s husband, Robert Lee Wilson, was killed in a one-vehicle automobile accident while operating a motor vehicle owned by another individual.
